Expectant and new mothers get together to discuss their experiences and questions on topics related to conception and delivery and later follow up with discussions on the daily development of their children. Guest speakers, such as the public health nurse, are regularly invited to address the group.

Supported by the Canada Pre-Natal Nutrition Program (CPNP) and Algoma Cooperative Children's Services (ACCS).
